🎃 Halloween Safety Message 🎃

Stay Safe and Have Fun This Halloween!

As Halloween approaches, we want everyone to enjoy the celebrations safely.

👻 Children should always be accompanied by a responsible adult where possible.

🎃 If you're out trick-or-treating:

Stick to well-lit areas and familiar routes.

Crossroads safely and use designated crossing points where available.

Make sure costumes and masks don't restrict vision.

Carry a torch or wear reflective clothing so you can be seen.

🏡 If you're welcoming trick-or-treaters:

Keep pathways clear of hazards.

Consider displaying a lit pumpkin or Halloween decoration if you're happy to receive visitors.

🚪 Please remember the simple rule: Only knock on doors that are clearly decorated for Halloween. If there's no decoration, don't knock.

🐕 Keep an eye on pets, as unexpected visitors and costumes can sometimes make them anxious.

Let's make this Halloween a fun, friendly and safe event for everyone in our communities.

Have a spook-tacular Halloween from Waterlooville Neighbourhood Policing Teams! 🎃👮‍♀️👮‍♂️
